Order Fulfillment:
Generally, all orders placed for stocked items before 4 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Thursday, will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on Friday, weekends, or holidays will not be shipped until the following business day. You will receive an emailed shipping confirmation notice.
Shipping and Charges:
Bestfloorcleaners.com ships orders via UPS Standard Ground (3-7 days) to the 48 contiguous states.
Since, floor care products tend to be heavy, we prefer to allay our customers' shipping expenses by calculating charges based on the total purchase amount, not the total package weight. We will not pass off to our customers any UPS surcharges that we incur, except if we have to resend a package based on incorrect or insufficient address provided. In this case, an additional shipping charge will apply.
